I'm working on the Neogene period and I learned the Neogene period follows the Paleogene period as the 2nd period within the Cenozoic Era.
The time period i am working on is the Ordovician period one thing i learned is that the Ordovician period lasted 45 million years and that The area North of the tropics was almost completely full of water.
I learned Paleogene is a geologic period and system that began 66 and ended 23.03 million years ago.
I learned in the Ordovician time period is that it had a rich variety on marine life and the first primitive plants began to grow on land
Hey mrs.g I learned that the Cambrian period had lots of things such as it was warm in the beginning and at the end of the period it was much colder.
The period that im working with is quaternary and it exsited 1.8 millions of years ago.
I've learned that the Triassic period had a climate that was very hot and dry. There were a lot of reptiles and early dinosaurs in this period. I also learned that this period helped to evolve the first true mammals.
I learned that the climate was warm and humid in the Jurassic. There were lush green forests and dinosaurs dominated. I don't want to get to detailed so il close here ;)
